I think Balogun is arguably the biggest victim of the incident as people like yourself are blaming him for something that he didn't have anything to do with.

Its not a question of blaming him but pointing out that a red card being overturned after the intervention of a Head of State is an unusual development.
The red card being suspended was rare enough and was going to cause frustration for many people. The lawyers that got the suspension clearly knew what they were doing. Whether they should have done so is will definitely be highly debatable.
Trump running his mouth about talking to Infantino was just plain stupid. It literally did nothing to help the situation as Infantino has no say over the appeals process. And instead of just being quite, it turned it into a political situation that clouded over the moment for a talented player so that people stopped talking about Balogun's near future and Trump became the story.
