Semantics really but his, albeit not so long CV is impressive. In a generally weaker league he is clearly a cut above the norm having transformed Lens into a title challenging team. Then there is the French Cup. Anyway, what matters is that he gels with the players (existing & new) and staff. I think that we can rest assured that although he has no EPL experience, he will be well informed about oppostion tactic. OG also didn't know the EPL and a raft of others, who can split into catagories of successful, ok and failed. Let's hope Pierre achieves minumum above average.
