Damn that single penalty AJ missed at home against the clowns!!
 
If you keep doing the same thing then eventually other teams and players will work out what you are up to. Eze's penalty technique was initially very effective as goalkeepers were keen to dive towards a corner of the goal asap in an attempt to save a penalty directed in that area. Eze just waited for the goalie to dive and poked the ball in the other direction while watching the goalkeeper as opposed to the ball.
Once goalkeepers got wise and did not commit to diving, Eze then had to generate power from an almost standing start and at the same time have to make good contact while not looking at the ball.
It will be interesting to see if he adapts his technique - he is still a beautiful striker of a ball so he should have no trouble beating a goalkeeper with a normal run up.
Most successful penalty takers vary where they shoot so goalkeepers can't be sure where it is going. Harry Kane is a good example of someone who has taken a lot of penalties and continues to convert most of the one's he takes.

Harry Kane has scored 107 penalties and missed 14.
