Brito from Botafogo

Textor was removed from any position of power with Botofago by a court of arbitration a few months back.
They're looking for a major payout from him. I believe it's in the courts but not sure what Textor has. Or if he'll pay anything. Really seems like a house of cards, almost Ponzi scheme. One team paying for another. O'Brien was one of ours. If nothing else: he wasn't a one million player. Even without playing much, there should have been at least massive future transfer clauses. I didn't hear about any. 25-35 per cent of future transfer profit, or sometimes even fee, would be simply standard clauses in these type of cheap transfers.

How long has Brito been there? Presumably they overlap.

He's worked with Forest before which again has Textor all over it.

I agree with Robbo, won't hold it against Brito per se, but it does leave a slightly bitter aftertaste and a heightened sense for caution.
