Would be very happy with Iraola, but feels leaving Bournemouth for Palace won't be a step up - more the contrary.

The process has been ongoing, perhaps concluded in short order.I doubt Parish has even made contact yet, let alone conducted a first interview. But nevermind! Palace are in next season's Europa Cup and so Parish has at least one obvious question he can ask...

Your not saying Parish has tapped up some names on the list? More likely he wrote a few names on the back of a napkin with a "to do later" note to himself. The process has been ongoing, perhaps concluded in short order.

The process has been more comprehensive than you have illustrated and hopefully it will reach its conclusion in short order.Your not saying Parish has tapped up some names on the list? More likely he wrote a few names on the back of a napkin with a "to do later" note to himself.

How do you know how far into the process the club is? Are you an insider? Or are you merely speculating or overheard it from a man walking his dog on Brighton beach? The process has been more comprehensive than you have illustrated and hopefully it will reach its conclusion in short order.
I have nothing more to add.

BBC reporting that we have made our best pitch/offer to Iraola and that he has until the end of the week to decide (or the end of the weekend, as they put it. Which I think is the end of the week?!).
Another report (from a slightly higher calibre of clickbait site) says...
According to reports from Italian outlet La Gazzetta dello Sport, former Bournemouth boss Andoni Iraola has effectively rejected the opportunity to become AC Milan manager in favour of taking charge at Selhurst Park.
The outlet reports: “Iraola has been pursued by other clubs in recent weeks. Leverkusen in Germany. Benfica in Portugal. Crystal Palace in the Premier League. The latter has immediately become AC Milan’s biggest rival.”
Iraola is reportedly unconvinced by Milan’s project, while remaining in the Premier League appeals to him because his family are settled in England.
Other reports claim Palace would hand Iraola three times more money to spend than Milan this summer.

Yes, though I'll still believe it when I see it.Gold-digging whore.
All jokes aside, this is fantastic news if true.

Now I'm worried we've wandered into an alternate reality. Makes more sense than Palace winning trophies.Yes, though I'll still believe it when I see it.
Plus, the world has gone bloody mad. Palace direct rivals with AC Fecking Milan?! And Palace winning?! Because we're much richer!!
He knows just as much as you, nothing. You just delight in slagging off Parish, it just makes you look stupid, after yesterday. How do you know how far into the process the club is? Are you an insider? Or are you merely speculating or overheard it from a man walking his dog on Brighton beach?

That's probably the key, isn't it?Iraola probably thinks Palace are a little step up from Bournemouth being richer, more established, bigger stadium and in London. A move to a Champions League team might be an over reach on his part and ruin his reputation like Amorion or Rosenior. Not many big clubs with vacancies either.

As I have stated before, I do not receive a 'Running commentary' of developments at the club. How do you know how far into the process the club is? Are you an insider? Or are you merely speculating or overheard it from a man walking his dog on Brighton beach?
