Have the club opened up the transfer facility- if not how are people selling tickets? I am curious as I would like to sell my 2 seats in the WHL but can only see that I can put them on the official resale?

Same here mate , been an international member for years now , go to as many games as i can in a season 1350 loyalty points , so cant get a ticket to the match . I wont be renewing next season . Fuming 😡

100% agree. A total shambles. I wanted to give my seat to the guy who sits next to me so he could take his Mum ( I can't make it). Was told no way. We then had to wait until resale started & he bought my seat for £63. I got £21 ( I'm old!). My son's seat, next to me is still unsold as are lots of other seats it seems.
Wrote to the club & basically received a F you reply back. Disgraceful way to treat fans.
 
I’m a bit late to the argument and don’t know the whole facts but Parishes attempt at stopping Arsenal fans getting in the home ends will either lead to empty seats or more Arsenal fans gaining entrance .
Would have Been sensible to sell to Palace members who bought before December regardless of points .

You have already probably considered it but can't they just swap phones for a few hours so he just scans in with her phone?

We had considered this but were worried as the ticket is still in her maiden name as Miss .. and thought this might be picked up when scanning in at the game?
 
Just checked on the ticketmaster website and neither of our tickets are showing for resale (despite being put on there a couple of days ago) so no chance that they will be sold! There are what looks like hundreds of tickets available across all 4 stands..

I paid extra for Season Ticket +, I shall be looking for a refund for the unilateral failure to fulfil the sale contract.

Anybody want to form a group to badger them?

They cannot resell the tickets to general public having banned Palace fans from doing so

Not just, since Friday morning. The most outrageous bit of greed profiteering, call it what you like. I know plenty who pass to their children, grandchildren etc which can't do so today.

I’ve emailed club asking for refund equal to resell value of out two ST+ as we couldn’t transfer to kids who are back from uni and tickets didn’t sell - will request charge back from card company if no response due to product not meeting sale criteria (ST+) - if you bought ST+ via direct debit you may also have a case via credit agreement / FOS

Watching all the Arsenal mugs in AW - so annoyed
 
Great job Palace.. half the AW filled with Gooners and no one checking tickets!

But I wasn’t allowed to bring my brother on my season ticket plus.

It was pathetic how they 'checked' tickets. They had a barrier at the top of Holmesdale Road which you could only get through after someone looked at your ticket. However no one could see the ticket on the phone because the sun was so bright, and the stewards just said 'that's ok' and let us through. Then once you got through the barrier there were loads of fans in Arsenal shirts walking up Holmesdale Road from the bottom (Clifton Road end).
The words piss up and brewery spring to mind.
