Arsenal Predictions.

This is a chance to give some fringe players, who are leaving, a run out. Would like to see Nathanial Clyne given a good send off. He has appeared in 250 games for Palace and his move to Southampton brought in valuable revenue at a time when we were in financial trouble and more when he moved to Liverpool. A good servant and “one of our own”.

Sorry your wrong cup winners cup turned into to Europa cup , conference was for league cup winners and last European spots , only because we challenged our relegation to conference we become the first fa cup winners not to play in tier 2 European competition Europa league
 
Congratulations to Arsenal.
Just after the season commenced I spoke to an employee of a local Public House whose allegiance is with the 'Gunners'.He asked me my opinion as to who would win the PL and my immediate response was "Arsenal". He shot me a look of astonishment and if I recall correctly his response was "Really ?".He did not share my viewpoint.
This is one prediction I got correct !!

Although Sosa was cheap he has been astonishingly poor for us. I really can't believe he is as ineffectual as he has been for us given his reasonable career and previously international appearances.

I think he's been injured but is close to recovery so I think he should contribute and give Mitchell a rest especially as Tyrick has that nagging achilles(?) issue.

Clyne on the right for Munoz. Riad in for Richards. Benitez for some game time - just in case he is called on in an emergency next Wednesday.

Hughes and Lerma again in midfield. Johnson and Strand Larsen to start. If we are to truly rest players then maybe Devenny or an U21 as the other in the front 3.

But Glasner said he'd play the strongest team and manage minutes so this mostly second string line up is perhaps unlikely.

They're going to be presented with the PL trophy at Selhurst, so it'll be fun if we rain on their parade. Surely an opportunity to rotate and use plenty of our youngsters. Don't really expect us to win, but I'd be happy with 1-1.

Five subs for teams with big squads continuing long anfter COVID, and VAR decisions time and again going in their favour is making a farce of the game.

Not to mention a plethora of injuries due to players getting cold in the time it takes to make VAR decisions.

Southampton get chucked out of the Championship Final today. Correctly, in my mind.

But, Citeh still have 115 charges hanging over them with apparently no consequence, unless Guardiola quitting shows he knows something is about to be announced.

Football is in a very sad state.

But, at least we can still win a title and I will be absolutely delighted if we do.

EPL has been crap this year.
Surely Arsenal are the worst team to win it, possibly ever .? Very little flair and team seems to take more risks in their own third than in opponents half…
