100% this, he will surely be in huge demand. Selling Nketiah, JRS, Franca would potentially fund this so no need to break the bank by selling fringe players. Would be a fantastic addition

I believe he was signed from Man Utd for a fee which could rise to £9.5 Mill and there are buy-back and sell-on clauses included in the deal.
On the subject of Burnley I suspect Zian Flemming will have his suitors. He can play as a striker or as an attacking midfielder.Burnley signed him from Millwall for £7 Mill. A player who had an impressive record of goals and assists for Fortuna Sittard before he joined the 'Lions'.
He has scored 10 goals for Burnley in the PL this season.

Not sure we'd generate that much between them, Nketiah is rarely fit, Rak-Sakyi or Franca not set the world alight on their respective loans, can only hope the spammers need a fire sale and theres a bargain to be had.

i'll say it before tonight's game but i've been impressed with Cozier-Duberry who plays on the right (but left footed) for Bolton on loan from Brighton. My mates a Bolton fan and so whenever i watch them, usually on TV, he always stands out.
Quite small but has decent pace and a lovely left foot. Scores very similar goals to Olise, cutting in.
The negatives, other than the Brighton connection, is he's inexperienced so probably needs a championship season, and plays in exactly the same position as a certain JRS who also ripped up league one.

More, their wages will need to be matched in order for them to bother leaving. There's a couple there we'd accept relatively low fees for. For example: Nketiah - now always injured. If he comes back and does well could be 20mil but he's not really worth much currently. No one would buy him. A promotion side or a championship side loan with option to buy maybe. And they would not offer the wages anyway. That'll be the main issue with a few. Only Premiership sides, and which Premiership side would want Nketiah for 100k a week too? And I don't mean to pick on Nketiah. Doucoure would unfortunately be similar. West Ham are going down and Forest don't like us. They're the most stupid for transfers I can think of currently.
We have no idea what Nketiah and Doucore are coming back. Hopefully good. Kphora as well - without being rude, I'd say we'd take 1 mil. If he played a couple of games maybe something like 5 if people believe the potential. I prefer Imray. Which depends on if we use wingbacks next season. Because Imray is not a full back. He's more attacking with a bit of defence. I reckon he would have been fine this season personally - with our current system.
Wharton is the big one. I'm pretty sure we're saying 100mil, heard rumours of 85 max being bandied about as offers. Just from rumours. Man Utd, Liverpool and apparently someone like Bayern or Real Madrid. Apparently.
90% of me doesn't want him to go but there's part of me saying there could be someone with more end product for less money if we were clever about it. Also 100mil has to be taken. Does 85? Not sure.

I'd certainly be interested in that. Has show that he's got some fight and is pretty good technically.

Jordan James is being rumoured. I think he was on loan at Leicester last year. Despite their dreadful season he was a standout and pretty much took all of their end of season awards.
I like him and CM is definitely an area we'll need to add too. Interestingly we were heavily linked with him before he moved to France when Dougie was still here. I also see links starting up at how we're looking at Dario Osorio... Another player we were previously linked with whilst Dougie was here. Perhaps Matt Hobbs has found an old diary of Freedman's.

I recognise the qualities of Jordan James.
He provides energy, can travel with the ball, he tackles, he can pass the ball and has ability in the air.
He was on loan at Leicester with an option to buy but with the club's relegation this will not come to fruition.
