It is not an 'idea', that is pure propaganda from Democrats and their supporters.
It is a decentralised group that is designed that way to protect itself. All its practices are to this end, if they could operate out in the open they would.
The following is from Grok.
- Black bloc groups often have informal, temporary leaders or "facilitators" during an action. Experienced participants coordinate movement, signals, roles (e.g., scouts, medics, breakers), and de-escalation or escalation. These are typically chosen on the spot or within small pre-existing affinity groups (tight-knit circles of friends/trust networks who plan together).

- Some local Antifa collectives (e.g., Rose City Antifa in Portland) have more consistent participants, public spokespeople, doxxing efforts, and internal decision-making processes (often consensus-based). Specific individuals can exert influence locally.

- During events, you see coordinated behavior: marching together, protecting each other, smashing things in waves. This looks like "a group with leaders" because it is a group acting collectively at that moment.
Once again Antifa is an official domestic terrorist group and quite rightly is now subject to action.
The Democrats will of course stop that if they regain power because these are their foot soldiers, who.....while they can't always control them reliably can certainly expect them to work in their favour.
I believe there was collusion during the first Trump presidency and we all saw the violence stop once the Democrats won in 2020. Now that Trump is back in power, we see Antifa quiet because Trump is going after them....or at least is giving that impression.
