  • Why Am I seeing this?
    • Your access was restricted when you tried to visit the website.
    • The website you tried to access has been configured to block access to a configuration that matches yours.
    • Are you using Apple's iCloud Private Relay feature or other privacy networks like Zscaler? Privacy networks feature could be the reason.
  • What can I do to resolve this?
    • Avoid any actions that might obscure or hide your IP address. The use of proxies, VPNs, or other methods to conceal your real IP could trigger security measures and result in blocked access.
    • If you are using an Apple device, disable your iCloud Private Relay feature and try again. On your device, go to Settings -> [your name] > iCloud > Private Relay, then tap on "Turn Off Private Relay".
    • Turn off your privacy network feature (like Zscaler etc.) and try connecting directly to the internet.

I got the same as this from my work pc in the office.

I fortunately logged on on my phone as well, just in case. Phone was successful!

This happened all yesterday evening from 18.00 ,I was one of the "displaced " Season Ticket holders in Block F that was supposed to have priority, bl**dy rubbish.
I eventually having tried loads of times got a ticket nowhere near where I normally sit with my mates in Row 24.....
that's fine was at 19.59.Digusted ....the Box-office couldn't organise a piss up in a Brewery.

If anyone has a spare membership number going and can get a ticket in the main stand,.block j , as close to row 12 as you can I would be eternally grateful.
For another fan I have been buying euro tickets for whilst we could get two each.
This time it was one each.

Just kept trying and trying. It was nothing to do with my settings. Probably just numbers of people accessing the site.

Anyway, as I called, with not much confidence, the box office, the site eventually just let me in. There were just a few single seats scattered here and there apart from at the back of the AW. But they are pretty much gone now too [Edit again - it looked sold out but when I did a refresh a few have popped up but can only be a few minutes before they are gone)

Upshot is I got my ticket. Relieved.

I kept trying to choose from the map. Bad idea!
Eventually said 'anywhere' and got the 2 shittest seats at the back of the Arthur.
Oh well, if we get dicked 5-0 tonight there'll be loads of better ones.

Absolutely unbelievable they would block ticket sales from Poland. Surely they must have thought that many dedicated fans will be here! Also I had an issue with roaming where I can't connect to data and telephone calls at the same time. So couldn't refresh the site while waiting on hold.

I am very lucky I managed to get a decent AW seat just in the nick of time but I feel infinitely sorry for anyone who missed out because of this!

Same problem-first the match was shown as sold out, then it took me several goes before I could assign tickets to the rest of my group. Took about an hour and a half of stress. You’d think that after we got chucked out of our seats they’d try to make it easy for us, but just the opposite.

The website is telling me that tickets aren't available to me ... even though the ticket window was supposed to open for all member levels at 10am today. I assume this is because it's sold out? Is that right? Would be helpful if the website said "Sold Out" rather than "Tickets not available to you".
