however he was very enthusiastic about Town Planning, Construction & Architecture. It could be argued that the business boomed for 60 years after he left the stage. Certainly around Berlin.

*to be aged over 70, and not have Dementia, and follow the footy...its statistically a fairly small cohort of the population.

You need to read a bit more. He won the Vuelta, four of the five one-day Monuments and four points jerseys on the Tour. The others, I will give you, but you're well wide of the mark with Kelly.
