No idea, he wasn't going to stay quiet by the looks of things. I presume he wouldn't have been able to stop anything but it would be just speculation.
This is it. People were queuing up to criticise our involvement - were 'they' going to bump them all off?

The Police haven’t used the word riot once .
Unless you mean this one ?
Hopefully the Police arrest some of the online lefty’s for gross exaggeration of the facts and hysterical online posting behaviour leading misinformation .
Forgot about this, did read something about it a while back, lots of fed up canadian troops waiting to go back to canada, had a fight in a pub, then it all kicked of, police officer was beaten up and died.

Epsom also has a lot of ghosts who cannot be picked up by CCTV, making things go bump in the night.

Have a look into who the new wife was if you're going to be at all serious. Find her connections and join the dots yourself. Or just carry on as you are. I don't really mind either way but it doesn't look great to me.

So the wife killed him, motive - affair. By coincidence it was just what the secret services wanted as an excuse to frame him. Why didn't they just blame her?

Looks like another..."violent" protest in epsom tonight ...
They are not being “left in the dark”! The police have been very clear and they know as much as everyone else does. Which seems that there is doubt that the reported event actually happened.

Why do these people believe they are entitled to know more? Is it because what has been said doesn’t match their expectations or prejudices?

He wasn't just any old person though was he. He would have seen evidence. Criticism is fine, clear evidence to the contrary of claims is going to be different. I have no idea how many people were bumped off. Or are bumped off now. I think we can all agree there are some aren't there?

Could be because they have wives and daughters and want to know who they should look out for.

Many of us do. I do.

Not many though decide to demand answers from the police when they have already made a definitive statement.

If the police have said they have no information to give because they are still trying to establish if any event, let alone a criminal act, took place then there’s nothing to look out for. If that was really their concern they would be better guarding their own front door rather than mulling around outside a police station.

Their own front door isn't a concern compared to being out on the streets. After what's happened in other parts of the country it's hardly a surprise that they're concerned. This information has previously been suppressed apparently in the interest of community cohesion so maybe there was a suspicion it had happened again.
