The Army vs Farmers. Etymologically that sounds like the Boer War. And we all know the Farmers won that one.
Certainly the message from RTE-Pravda is very aggressive against the Farmers & Tractors. Quoting bits of legislation and cops & politicians giving the Protestors about as much respect as we ever give Brighton.
Reminds me of Thatcher vs The miners. Nasty.

We had a rugby tour years ago when the Taff was dead fish wise, worked in Cardiff 10 years ago and the river was unrecognisable from before
