Expanding territory in Lebanon and getting Iran knocked back to the stone age.

Those neo con donor dollars and voices he allowed himself to be surrounded by and Trump's poor calculation have done wonders for Israel.

For the US....strategically and economically it's a nightmare, Gulf countries will struggle to see the point of US bases now.....probably going to see China be a much bigger player in the region.

Trump has damaged himself with half of his base, probably permanently.....and the war is unpopular with independents, all for a war of choice.

Volatility is what makes massive potential profit margins. It's high risk, high reward. But if you've got insider information, it gives a high degree of accuracy over market predictions

Apart from electric cars maybe, the energy cost are inflationary everywhere, it's not the cost as much as physical supply. An the US is exposed too.
