i always wondered about the timing of Ian Huntley. The media often release dramatic stories when they wish to hide something more 'embarrassing'. A fella like Huntley was always marked for a tragic incident in the Prison canteen....for the last twenty years.....so, why die now ? did the Epstein scandal need hiding ?

A fella like Huntley was always marked for a tragic incident in the Prison canteen....for the last twenty years.....so, why die now ? did the Epstein scandal need hiding ?

There had been unsuccessful attempts on his life before, I believe.
Apparently, he was very arrogant and annoying, even by prisoner standards. So I wonder how much 'protection' the guards were willing to give him, just for that reason.
