It does seem we are tethering on the brink of our annual purple patch. Its been a little stop start since Brighton game. But I feel like we are starting to build some momentum.

Even Glasner seems to have mellowed out.

What do you think?

You're quite correct.
We'll beat Larnaca 8-0.

I always thought we'd have a late run. Though we still have some hard games left. We do look like we're out of the rut somewhat. But let's give it a couple of games first. One thing to bear in mind is just how stupid Spurs were.

The Spurs fans have been jealously watching Arsenal close in on the championship and until losing to Palace had a "it could never happen,we are to big" 😉 attitude to relegation and like Rip Van Winkle they have suddenly woken up to their impending loss of Premier status.

Any resurgence will be due to players familiarising themselves with their teammates, new combinations coming together to carry out the gameplan. Spurs are so piss poor that that wasn't a game to make bold statements upon, nevertheless JSL and Sarr seem to be getting used to each other and it was good to see Wharton playing slightly higher up where his passing range can do damage. The defence can only benefit from playing more games together too. Whatever one may think of Kamada our performances with him back in the side are an improvement.

It's a good time to pick up form and see out the season in solid fashion.

I thought this too. What a difference having Wharton a bit higher up the field playing those near forward passes instead of sideways ones he was playing of late.

The teams we have beaten haven’t been great (Brighton, Wolves, Spurs) but there have been positive signs. Sarr on form, Wharton coming back to form. Was also great to see Riad, Canvot, Guessand* and Strand Larsen all involved in goals against Spurs (* marginal offside call aside). Munoz injury a potential blow though.

It's amazing that we were useless for about 2 months and yet if we do enter Real Madrid mode when the sun is shining yet again it's not beyond us to get Europe via the league. I do think we look like we are starting to click as a team
