The experiments of Josef Mengele and other physicians were legally permitted at the time.
Within 5 years, many of them were sentenced to death, and others had to flee the country to avoid the repercussions of the newly revised legal system.

The law is not the only master. All professions, including medical, have their own professional code of ethics.

Any procedure CAN cause harm. The risks being explained beforehand and a disclaimer procured.

That’s entirely different to a clinician setting out to harm someone, which is what you have, really stupidity, repeatedly tried to claim. They don’t. It’s against the Hippocratic oath and anyone doing it would be struck off. That you think abortion, etc is harmful doesn’t and cannot change that fact.

We haven’t. All you have done is establish that you are insufferably stubborn and ignorant.

As to the second claim if you read the very obviously biased report of the incident you don’t need to be very bright to realise that the police must be keeping an eye on this man. Whether they had some new information they wanted to check out or whether they thought it necessary to let him know he is under scrutiny, we haven’t been told, due to their policy of not making any comments. There would have been a reason though.

Dismissing comments of that kind as a “joke” is itself laughable when they incentivise others to action. So of course he needs to be warned.
