Canvot with a decent pass in to Pino. Pino immediately passes it to the wolves back three. The harder he tries, the more he makes himself available for the ball, the more often he hurts our team.

As I've said elsewhere, he is vastly overrated. But to cut him some slack too, maybe he would do better in a 3 man midfield.

Glasner was arguing with a few of the fans during the first half.
I could see Hughes being substituted as he's on a yellow and looks to be a red waiting to happen.
Pino is trying ( in both senses of the word).
He needs to be replaced in the second half by a quicker and more direct replacement.

The substitutions effected early Clyne and Kamada and Guessand for Canvot,Hughes and Pino might help,taking two carded players off.

I know how DOGSO works thanks. I think he’s fortunate that the ref saw that as an attempt to play the ball. If he’d decided that was a deliberate foul where he wasn’t trying to play the ball I don’t think Wharton could have any complaints
