Wolves Predictions.

We need to win Sunday - those 3 points are putting us within touching distance of safety with breathing space for now... I can see west ham getting points, forest look rejuvenated but have Liverpool..spurs arsenal... it's too close.

2-0 to Wolves 2001. Simon Jordan sacked him the following day.
Yes I remember that game. It was the first and last time I got my wife to come to Selhurst Park with me. Wolves had someone sent off in the first half when leading 1-0 I think, and we still lost 2-0. I got in more trouble with the missus a week later because it was our first visit to see our new-born nephew, and she caught me in front of the tv with tears of relief in my eyes after we had stayed up improbably after Dougie's late goal at Stockport.

Must admit 2-0 to Wolves on this occasion sounds a lot more likely than it did. But no, we'll bounce back and win 2-1, said with little confidence.

Another defeat, followed by yet another meeting between Glasner & Parish on Monday.

Parish decides £2 mil is too much to feck him off and we carry on as we were, creeping ever closer towards the disaster of relegation.

Nothing will happen with the Manager, until the Board are good and ready with the correct candidate ready to take the reins
As mentioned about Alan Smith, i hope fans concentrate on supporting the team on Sunday, rather than looking for opportunities to force the Board's hand.
And I'm hopeful the Palace crowd will be in fine voice from the start

I remember that game well. People throwing their already expired season tickets on the pitch.

Some bloke threw his on the pitch from the upper tier of the holmesdale, but he had forgotten that he kept all his bank cards in it. True story.

The end of the game was a disgusting way to treat Alan Smith. It made me feel ashamed to be a fan that day; such was the vitriol aimed at the manager.

2 nil to Palace
I agree, terrible, Alan smith was such a top bloke and he’d done such a good job the first time around he deserved more respect than that, not that anyone deserves that sort of treatment

What about the bloke who nailed his season ticket to a tree outside Selhurst, when he went back the next day, someone had nicked the nail………that one’s not a true story 🤣

My missus left me cos she reckoned I was obsessed with football. I was beside myself, we'd been married for twelve seasons

Someone in the Directors Box, known to all and sundry on HOL, raised his buttocks from his seat and joined in the chants against Alan Smith.
In our team was Dougie Freedman whom Smith signed from Nottm Forest.
The Wolves team contained Kevin Muscat and current Brentford manager Keith Andrews.

It isn't looking good. Wolves have found a bit of form, and we are in the doldrums.

No Lacroix is a worry. I can see another disaster looming. Hope I'm wrong.

This will either be the day we take a big step towards safety or the day Glasner is sacked and we are in full relegation survival mode.

I predict that Wolves and their supporters must take the view that this is a good time to play our struggling team.
We are in turmoil in a relegation battle, Wolves have accepted their fate and will play free from any pressure.
They also have a manager with Wolves connections who left his job at high-flying Middlesbrough to return to a club destined for relegation. Glasner has sent out all the signals that he cannot wait to depart.

They've played one game more than us, and have scored 18 goals and conceded 50. And won 1, so I really hope we got something.

Villa ,Brentford ,Chelsea,Bournemouth please win for the love of god .
Following on ,Liverpool ,Sunderland ,Arsenal victories would be perfect aswell .
We win,everything changes .
Two hopes ?

But we'll still play a back five. Clyne might come in. Wonder how Lerma is doing?

How ever I try I cannot imagine anything other than another humiliating defeat: They play a low block score 3 on the break, we get over 60% possession and manage one shot on target. Bloody Hell this has been a very depressing few months.
