I have never objected to a requirement to carry and show ID. I support it happening here, unlike some! If you have nothing to hide you have nothing to fear. The objection is about who issues, controls and disqualifies the IDs.

Looking at the military build up outside of Iran. It just seems highly unlikely to me that you would spend so much money and time on this and not end up attacking.

Iran is getting bombed, and like previously I think Trump has been using negotiations as a public relations exercise.

I watch a lot of US podcasts which analyse Trump’s behaviour and they are very aware, and ashamed, of how the world now views them. There’s every chance that this could change again but whether the US will ever be trusted again is highly unlikely.

Trump’s legacy is already doomed. The history books will not be kind. His Presidency is now regarded as their worst ever, something I have long believed. Watergate is now seen as a minor infraction in comparison to Trump’s corruption.

Something that anyone with two brain cells understands that this is one of the most problematic issue in democracies.

Benz will say the truth, but so many omit how sly and underhand much of the corruption is.....to stick with the hand metaphor, one hand washes the other.

Like I say, western democracy isn't sorted out until we have 'Eliott Ness' style changes.

Have a look into the voter turnout figures yourself. I think you can even see the amount of postal votes.
I don't particularly care who won but there are questions not being asked.
The 2020 election had the highest voter turnout ever. Amazing to be that much more popular than say, Obama. But there's nothing to see there.
