Glasner Out

I wouldnt please the c*** by sacking him , put him on gardening leave and put paddy in charge . He wants the big payout . Put him in charge of f*** all but make the smug t*** turn up every day . When he does f*** off tell him to take that usless Japanese c*** and Mateta with him . f***ing embarrassment.

I think Parish is happy for Glasner to stay on & ruin his legacy.
It's a weird situation isnt it. Is anyone else secretly hoping Spurs come in and give us some compensation for him, instead of us giving him the pay off?

Additionally would Frank need to come the same s*** as Glasner in 18 months with all that Spurs payoff sloshing around his bank account?

Guehi leaves and our backline folds? To be fair to Lerma he's depping in defence and gets a very unfortunate touch for an OG. But....

3 goals in 7 minutes is something that needs to be MANAGED. Chadi swapped at HT. 2nd half buildup and intensity just wasn't there?? If Glasner has given up, then he can ONLY now go back to the continent to manage there because he is seriously blotting his copybook in this spiral of abysmal performances. His suitors begin to make their excuses...

Our back line was poor when Guehi was still here. We started conceding soft goals and being unable to defend set plays when he was still in the line up. It’s a much deeper problem than one player going

Financial motivations aside, Thomas Frank was slow to get off the mark when he took over from Dean Smith at Brentford. We all know how it's panned out for him at Spurs.

My research is telling me he got:

- 8 points from his first 12 games at Brentford (in the Championship).
- 18 points from his first 12 games at Spurs.

I'd be nervous getting him in with 12 games left in the season, his early track records, and such little blue sky between us and the bottom three.

I wouldn’t go for Frank at this stage.

We do need someone new in however. This isn’t going to improve.

Yep I wouldn't go near Frank. Damaged goods plus he's always made me cringe and don't think I could bare his press conferences.

We need to find a manager who is flexible and looks to find solutions. Like Iraola... But not a chance in hell he'd come to us.

I see Glasber is now blaming ‘a lack of a leader on the pitch’.

F**k that, f**k blaming Dean, the players, Parish or anyone else, f**k him and f**king sack him now.
There is a lot of deflection going on in most of the press releases OG has done in the last few months. It is starting to wear thin even for his supporters, but on this specific point I think there is something to what he is saying.

Look at some of the players who have left or retired since the summer of 2023:

Zaha
Milivojevic
Kelly
Tomkins
McArthur
Anderson
Ward
Kouyate
Schlupp
Guehi

We have not replaced the number, experience or leadership of these departures. It was telling for me that OG referenced how McNeil would have been our most experienced player with 260 or so top flight appearances had he joined, so he sees it as a real problem and I agree.

This sorry situation isn’t Glasner fault, this is the board fault pure and simple they screwed up once we won the cup and didn’t sell their shares in other clubs before time plus they have been screwing up nearly every transfer window especially in the summer. They want us to go up in the football world and play in the top tournaments but don’t want to put in the money to do so! You play in top tournaments you needs players of quality to rest your top players our board refuses to spend that. Olise was not really replaced nor has Eze been replaced with a quality player. Our manager has felt his hands been tied behind his back as the season progressed so I don’t blame him for not signing a new contract! So let him go now so we can start building again with someone new who is ok to be screwed by this board who doesn’t really care if we go up in the football world because if they did they would spend money on top players and back the manager! Glasner has passed caring and I for one don’t blame him I blame the board. They will do this again!

When Glasner said last year he was not interested in signing a new contract, the club should have moved to replace him very quickly, even if it meant putting him on gardening leave. If the manager isn't looking to the future of the club, results will undoubtedly suffer.
Agree!
Players just not playing for him and its clear he doesn't know anything but plan A, which is now not working.
Still want us to win the Conference League...very unlikely given what we've seen!
