It's well written, can't argue with that.
But a '' Complete Overhaul '' ? I'm not so sure.
New manager, yes. Which could potentially result in some more market activity.
Other than that we have the usual issues with players out of contract.
And the usual speculation about the likes of Wharton.
I would argue that any overhaul has already begun after spending so much money in January.
