Glasner Out

I just noticed it will be his hundredth game in charge tomorrow night. As it stands, his record is:

Won 42
Drawn 30
Lost 27

Two trophies.

Until the shopping frenzy this window, he had achieved this with a net positive outlay on transfers, while losing generational talents like Olise and Eze.

Whether you like the guy or not, it really is quite remarkable.
whenever all the keyboard warriors are baying for the manager's head. I always pause and reflect ....how would the best manager in the World fare here. Insert a name like Carlo Ancelloti or whoever. Its an interesting thought.
The problems are often not connected to the manager.....he is a sympton, not the cause.

regarding the OP, Glasner in or Out ? put it to a vote. But only among those 18 players good enough to be getting a regular game. If they want him out, he has lost the Dressing room and must go. Do not give a vote to frustrated bench-warmers. They will always want to give Glasner the bullet......whether its good for the Club or not.

Yes, thats a good idea, dont take Glasners, Parish or the Board, lets ask the players who are not in the least biased. Jeeez

When you look at OG record at Palace, he will go down as our greatest manager. Purely based on win percentages and winning the FA cup and Charity shield. However he has also had 2 separate periods of poor results but the club and the FANS had stuck by him.
So when you think about the support he has had I do wonder if the cup win in particular has given him more leeway than previous managers.

So in a sliding doors moment Alan Pardew can think himself a little unlucky with his demise as Palace manager. In a similar way to OG he started well and had a good first season, and then reached the cup final. I truly believe we should have won that game, but thanks to a certain c*nt of a ref we were cheated out of what would have been our greatest day (up to that point)
Then when you consider the fortunate decision in the OG final not to send off Deano I can see that luck does have such a major part to play in success.
As a footnote Pardew deserved to be sacked purely for his sh!t dancing at the final and not concentrating on the game.
