Let me know

Come on, surely you expect a bit of backlash from your endless run of assured predictions.

Some of my faves that spring to mind are...
Eze Balon D'or
No worries Rak-Sakyi will be better than Olise
Mike Tressor is an incredible player (who? Exactly).

If you throw out enough wild predictions, some are going to be true. A broken clock is correct twice a day.

Predicting a Palace manager to fail in their 3rd year isn't hardly Nostradamus stuff...I can't think of many who haven't 😂

Get behind the team and you'll have your wish soon enough.

Could you please also state who we should get in as manager next, who will not show any of these managerial weaknesses that our previous incumbents have suffered from. I do look forward to us finally employing a perfect manager!
Of course i expect backlash, this is a fans forum, everyone has a different view, at least have a view, i think Eze is the most gifted player since Gazza, but lacks the mental strength, his run yesterday for Arsenal was Eze to a tee, Rak-Sakyi still looks like he is 17, so lightweight, Mike Tresor a sad case, bought by Kompany for 18m from Genk for Burnley, and has been injured ever since, ala Franca. i would love to see Iraola as manager, but don't know if he would come, if i wasn't so passionate about Palace i wouldn't be on HOL, COYP

Yes I'd too love Iraola. Think he's a class act but sadly I share your lack of optimism with our ability to snare him.

Sorry Guys- but aren’t we missing the point!!
OG wasn’t backed in the summer !!!!!!!
Parish off on his one man crusade to the European courts of bleeding rights !!!!!!!!
Our demise is solely at Parishs’ FAULT!!!!!!
I think in a large organisation such as a football club when something goes wrong it'll usually not be down to one sole individual. It'll be a collective bunch of poor decisions by various people, missed opportunities and a fair slice of bad luck.

Yes the buck has to stop with someone and that's usually why managers get sacked, boards step down, or there's a sudden flurry of support. So far we've gone with the latter after an eye brow raising transfer window. You can't question the financial commitment, the purchases we'll have to wait and see (I've been a critic of our window), but hopefully it'll work out.

There's still the opportunity for this season to end memorably (for the right reasons), so COYP let's have 3pts today 🤞🤞🤞

We went into this season with a weaker squad and far more games. It's no coincidence that when that caught up with us results dipped. It's happened to much bigger clubs than us. Were it not for the whole Guehi debacle and OG's outburst I'd still be confident he'd turn things around. You don't become a bad manager overnight. Like you said before Lanzo, you wanted him to sign a new deal (which I still find odd seeing how much you seem to dislike him), but now there is a genuine concern that his heart and head might not be in it.

These next three games are huge. If we get a draw today and wins against Wolves and Burnley then we're almost safe. If we lose all three or only take a couple of points then Glasner is likely gone and we're in the sh*t and you can take your 'I told you so' trophy to the relegation party.

Glasner did what no other has done, and so kudos for that, so he has to be right up there. But as you say, what Steve Coppell achieved with minimal resources is nothing less than exceptional. And he was a gentleman too, no strops, a straight up pro.
Yes that too, which after Ollie’s out burst, means even more now. Plus Sir Steve was around a lot longer. Battled us through some tough times as well without complaint, just got on with the job that he was paid to do

You say backed like its as easy as that, i am sure Parish had his doubts Glasner would extend, like many, 2 months later he confirmed it,

At that time we were crying out for some stability, and i thought he was going to talk about a new contract in late Jan, like he said, not knowing he had lied and said he was going last October, the second half against Wolves summed him up, no change in set up, not a clue how to win that game

I still say he’s not, Steve Coppell built a team that finished 3rd from players that came from Bristol Rovers, Crewe, Aylesbury, Dulwich Hamlet, Ten-em-bee etc etc, that will never ever be repeated with all the money being thrown around now. We were 7 minutes from winning the cup with him as well.
Yes Glasner won us the cup and he improved players and in our prime under him we were very enjoyable to watch, but he’s still second best to sir Steve for me
In today’s climate, a lot of people would have been clamouring for Steve to get sacked before his first season was out

What a silly thread. Actually clamouring for a told you so slap on the back for our greatest ever manager, yes that’s what I believe. He’s given us something that can never be taken away from us, the only human on this planet to ever have done this for us. Yes it’s all gone sour, and he’s behaved like a bit of an ass and we will all move on. Blokes a legend. End of. Time will show that.

In 2 years it will be Oliver who, a legend, good god, so is Parish a legend, and Paddy, doesn't take a lot to be a legend in your book then.
