I got slaughtered on HOL for saying Glasner was crap as far back as Nov 24, massive abuse, if he had been removed then we would be in a massively improved position now, a fantastic squad, frittered away by not improving enough to claim a champions league spot, instead we finished a pathetic 12th, now 15th, masked by the FA cup win, a great day and achievement which happened in spite of the manager not because of it, i am furious that this farcical situation with the Austrian as manager has been allowed to happen.
 
This is ill-advised and unnecessary.

Yet ANOTHER thread about Oliver Glasner…when we already have more than enough and particularly when this one seems to be more about the OP and their ego (or insecurity) than the actual subject matter.

Your so intuitive and outrageously modest, but I am still convinced you use the pseudonym Dazza.
 
You called it right. But to be perfect, its very unlucky and maybe even unlikely that OG didn't get offered a post with a superior team last summer which we now know he would have jumped at.
So he has messed us up, and I would say in his very badly thought out career path, he has probably blown any chance of an improved job.

Glasner was so revered by our supporters after we won the FA Cup and enjoyed that unbeaten run.
He has now gone from hero to zero.
From the penthouse to the outhouse.
 
He’s not crap though is he.
Improved every player that he’s worked with at Palace (apart from Esse) , great unbeaten run and we won the FA cup the hard way.
A one trick pony, yes.
A streaky manager, yes.
An 18 carat 🔔 end for how he’s acted, yes.

But he’s not a crap manager.

....and still the best we have EVER had! Still think he should go now though now he's made it clear he won't be staying
