well i would agree with you. Middle East politics is not really relevant to my life. And i am horrified to see Ulster Catholics & Protestants using it as a crutch to support endless feuding & fighting. They really need to drop all the nasty flags and make a new flag for conciliation.

But of course the Woke brigade don't do conciliation. They don't do deals. They will shout you down at every meeting. Which is the reason i find the insane Donald Trump so amusing. Cos he is little more than a Right-wing mirror of the Left. And they don't like it up them.

Protestor wants to take away right to abortion after rape .

Pro choice doesn’t .

If protestor wants to have baby after rape that is her choice ,no problem.

But don’t impose your religious views on the rest of us .

So you would insist your daughter carries and delivers the baby after a rape ?

Interesting that you bring up the subject of Rape. You are aware that the statistics have suddenly gone through the roof in some places ? And what other factors it coincides with ? what other statistical trend is happening ? Who is doing all this new raping ? your guess is as good as mine, comrade.

Personally, I don't think abortion should be illegal, but I do believe that the time limit for it should be very short. I find a disregard for life abhorrent, however, the other consideration is that unwanted children or those born into very bad situations might suffer a terrible upbringing or be in harms way. I don't think that the pro lifers consider that enough, but neither do I think that aborting children casually or at a late stage in development is acceptable either.

The decision to abort a child should be one of the most difficult and serious you ever make. Doing it like a form of contraception or because of the child's sex is morally bankrupt.

It's a very difficult subject and which isn't helped by the usual activities of the lunatic left fringe. There is no nuance in this debate. Both sides are entrenched in their views. Intimidation and banner waving fixes nothing either way.
