If he is adamant about staying in London (if Chelsea / Arsenal & Wet Spam are out) it only really leaves Fulham, Brentford or Spurs -

For sure having no transfer fee helps his cause, so it really comes down to who needs him the most & is willing to match wage demands, maybe someone will pay him £200,000 / £250,000 a week ?

But its unlikely to be Palace.

I just really don't understand how Chelsea can afford to have somebody earning £325,000 outside of their 25-man squad. And I don't mean how come they have so much money, I mean how do they stay "on side"?
Yes, they have a bigger stadium, but that cannot account for having numerous big earners not even playing for them.

Perhaps somebody with a better understanding of the financial rules can clarify if unnamed players don't count towards PSR?

he will not be able to command much more than £50k a week, and let's face it he hardly needs the money.

Supposedly Arsenal only paid c20% of his salary when on loan last season, so c 70k a week, and he was poor there so his stock will be even lower now. And of course he hasn't played any competitive football for c9 months.

ok, it's fine. Clearly as he is contracted to Chelsea he was entitled to his full salary as per his contract - the % mix between clubs was the only discussion point.

Glad we didnt go for this guy he has just shown what a fraud he is he is now speaking to people abroad (looks like he is close to deal) yet kept claiming before he wont leave chelsea to anyone outside london.
