When will Mostar tickets be available?

On sale now, but you need to have more Parish points than Brighty. You can join the waiting list if you have 12500 I think.

Other options include going in the home end, or watching from the elevated car park above the ground. I've asked my Airbnb host if he can get me one as I went in the home end in Strasbourg and Dublin and it was fine.

There's a car park we can watch from? This is great news. I have no hope of getting a ticket but flights and accommodation are booked. I will pack my opera glasses and head for the car park.

Yes, I'll try and add a picture of it. There is also some kind of structure on it which might be climbable although potentially unsafe. Maybe the car park attendants hut. If he can be bought off that might offer a better view than at Newcastle, although it's a low bar *

* I'm not sure if there is actually a low bar too but it is a car park.

It looks fairly shabby so perhaps they won't mind (or even notice) people climbing on stuff. A carrier bag with some cans will circumvent any need for a bar, low or high, and might be good for appeasing the car park attendant. I'm in!

Sounds like a plan! Maybe we can get him to go home and bring a ladder. My man in Mostar thinks we should be able to buy in the home end fairly easily though. He also thinks we will murder them but as he supports Velez I'm thinking he is just hoping this will happen. It's a good back up plan though isn't it. How are you getting there? My stupid way takes 4 days but only arrives on Thursday afternoon and leaves on Friday morning.

A four-day travelogue sounds fantastic, that's what a European Tour is for. I'm flying to Sarajevo via Istanbul, then bus/train to Mostar. It was cheaper than flying direct and I like a complicated itinerary.

Wish I'd thought of Istanbul, I could have got another hair transplant while I was there. I'm edinburgh-milan-sarayevo, sarajevo-charleloi-edinburgh. Flights cost 158 but would have only been 80 if I hadn't wasted 78 buying Edinburgh to Berlin and back in case we got the Czech team, plus a booking in error to Karlsruhe that I might still use if I like Mostar or miss the Charleloi flight. Are you flying into Sarajevo on Thursday?

I get to Sarajevo on Wednesday, bus/train to Mostar Thursday morning. Then I'll go looking for the car park!
