We can all debate if OG was backed, whether Parish is at fault etc etc. It’s all irrelevant now. What is relevant is that OG can’t get this group of players performing. We are the worst team in the division. There is no belief in the players and OG is a lame duck now.

We have to change something and that means OG needs to go.

I would get rid right now but I said after Macclesfield I thought the board would wait until the Brighton game and if we were still on a losing run they’d have to act. That’s still what I see playing out.

That's just not true. The game was lost by a few individual errors, both in attack and defence, but the team looked a lot better than in the past games. If you take a look at the stats we were just as good as Chelsea, our XG were even higher than theirs. They'll soon turn it around if they keep going like this.
 
I was a Glasner out after the rant .
I still am after today .
The problem is who do we get in ?
The 3 at back formation is problematic now .
Look at Man U since Amorim , they are now flying.
We need the points and we need to adapt to opposition in front of us .
If that means Munoz exc ... become redundant.. so be it .

What’s the point of XG its AG (actual goals) that matters and we can’t hit the proverbial barn door atm

At this stage XG doesn’t matter, possession doesn’t matter, metres run don’t matter. Any other statistic doesn’t matter except for points gained. OG simply isn’t gaining them. We are losing in the same way every single time.

It’s a results business and OG is paid millions to get them. He isn’t, he’s got to go.

Man Utd were arguably even more of a shambles than we are now. Stuck with a manager who couldn’t get results and could only play one rigid system. The same system we are playing.

Man Utd change the manager, put in a caretaker and have beaten the top two in the league back to back.

Maybe just maybe there is a lesson we could take from this.
