Our new Captain is

Not sure about keeper as a captain. It's got to be between Hughesy and Max, for me. Probably Max if we're wanting a longer term option, but Hughes has a better chance of rallying troops in the short term.
 
our captain ? not a 'keeper and probably not an attacking player. Centre or defensive centre. Beyond that......let the players elect him.
We all like Hughes, but leadership is not the same as looking good on match-day.

People are born Left or Right-handed. Some are natural born leaders, some are not.

Hasn't it always been Hendo when Guehi hasn't played. So I guess he'll have it until the summer. After that it's anyone's guess, will we even have any players left? 😉

Neuer, Valdes, P. Schmeichel, K. Schmeichel, Donnarumma, Buffon, Oblak, & Kahn have done it to great results in the past
