Well, that will include the Trump administration who vetted it in May 25 and reported the deal in glowing terms. They did so unequivocally, in black and white, published. Are they 'barking' then, my Hong Kong friend?

Do people really think they would have done so if it was unacceptable to them? All the lawyers, military advisors, politicians?

With its strategic importance so obvious, they would've had a great input into the treaty. Of course they would.
