Romaine Esse

This Esse and Glasner thing is really strange to me. He's publicly caned him and I'm sure he's done it behind closed doors too then dropped him totally and thenallowed him to leave on loan yet there's Canvot who has cost us 3 goals in 3 different games and at times looks absolutely terrible and still gets a lot of leeway. I don't mind that because he's developing but why be like that with Esse and not someone like Canvot especially when Esse hasn't been particularly awful when used, not great but definitely not the worst. Ive also heard Glasner moan a couple of times now that we have no players willing to dribble past defenders like Eze did when that's exactly what Esse is all about.

Maybe Canvot gets his head down, grafts and listens to instructions and as said by Glasner in the past, Esse doesn’t listen to instructions

If Glasner hated Esse what did he think of Ahamada whom he banished to the academy, said he would not get any minutes and to find another club?

Hopefully Esse gets his chance next season with our new manager? I’m fairly sure he is a bench player we could do with now? And if things continue for us as present form is going, we will need him in our championship side next season?

Glasner talent id is extremely poor to try to discard a player of his obvious talent level. One of the reasons I am pleased hes buggered off
..and he keeps Pino on for most of the games? OK, he scored our two last goals (beauties as well), but his contribution otherwise is horrible. Always runs into trouble and seldom hits a team mate with his pass, but stay on the pitch.

Here is what Frank Lampard said after Coventry beat Millwall:
Coventry boss Frank Lampard told BBC Radio CWR:

He [Romain] came to see me after Leicester and he wanted a little rundown of the game, which was great. I love that, he's engaging and he wants to score more goals.

"For a modern winger, it's really important because we know he's got talent, a huge talent, one v one, the things he can do for us are different.

"People expect there's a magic potion to get goals. But if you're in and around it, you'll get your chances and it was brilliant for him to score. I was really pleased to see him score against his old club and he deserved that.
