No £50m isn’t a huge amount in EPL terms and the squad does need more depth OG has to take his share of the blame. Rocking up every game with the same approach and watching us get beat in the same way isn’t good enough. We are in the worst form in the league.
 
Newcastle away is a hard fixture with a full strength squad, we were always gonna struggle with sarr and munoz, our 2 best players out, add Richards who has been just as important. We know were we need to strengthen in jan, just need to get through this tough period.

If someone offered last season, europe and Premier league safety, we would have all took it. Once we get sarr and munoz back we will be fine.

No player is ever undroppable, see Salah, but he's been spoken about as our greatest ever keeper recently, has made no glaring errors, has made 3 saves of the season contenders in recent weeks (another great save as I type this) and the defence in front of him is crumbling.

He's probably top 5 for performers in the last month!
 
Saw it coming games ago, said change was required. But nothing changes, same tactics from a one dimensional manager who knows no other way. So be it. Expect further losses until the full squad is available again and then hope that things haven't got too bad that they can't be put right. Thing is, it's all so predictable.
 
You do have to wonder why if Ollie’s preferred system is 442 and we lost our entire right side, why we did not either try the youngsters as there was f*** all to lose as we lost anyway or try and different system to put a bit more bite in the middle.

Anyway… Just Villa to go and then this awful Xmas period is over thank f***.

This is proper miserable and I can’t believe I am saying it… way too much football. It’s been on constantly and I for one have started losing interest. Not in Palace but I used to watch most games but now just can’t be arsed.
