Eze

Never played him in the number 10 role yesterday, like he has been, he isn't a wide man, with Arsenals squad its 10, or bench.

He can’t and doesn’t defend, that was again very evident yesterday and cost Arsenal for the first goal.

He obviously has less of it to do for Arsenal than he did for us but you at least have to offer something defensively when your team is not in possession.

He made the faulty error of not going abroad, Spain, France etc, would have been success, slower play, easier games, but no, he went for the 30 pieces of Silver, must have missed that weeks Bible study

That's a bit harsh. If he had gone to a club like West Ham I would agree. However he chose to further his career by going to one of the biggest clubs in the world. I can't blame him for wanting to better himself.

Parish has said the same thing (not Eze specifically) that people are entitled to better their career so it then becomes about if the deal is good for Palace.

We are a selling club.

When Arsenal are at full strength Eze will not start, but if you want to be a world force in football Eb’s is the type of player you need to have on the bench ready to change the game.

I’m pretty sure he would have been made aware of that fact when he signed. That’s why he’s paid £180K a week to keep him and the other quality bench warmers at Arsenal’s disposable happy.

We at Palace can at the moment only dream of being in that place.

Not played for Arsenal in the last few games, on the bench again, 4 subs brought on yesterday but he remains on the bench, he must be wondering whats going on, super star at Palace and now a bench warmer, might he regret leaving?
