Very odd response.

So poor he is what the only palace player to be nominated for a pre POTM award this season.
Careful what you wish for as without him, the 4 games we've been awful.

There’s no excuse for our terrible finishing. These are professional players who should have composure in front of goal. They should have wages docked.
 
I don't think Glasner has the answer, and some of these players aren't as good as those we've had in the past. I cited Mililojevic, McArthur, and Cabaye, for starters, all better than the current crop. The problem is Glasner's system, or rather his inflexibility in trying something else.
We had a glorious moment when everything came together at the right time, since then we've sold the player who made it possible, entered an extra competition for which we don't have the resources, and have a few injuries to boot!
 
We have nobody who is confident in front of goal. Has our, much praised, academy produced a single player of worth?

Things will be better with the return of Sarr and Munoz but even with them we're a low scoring side.

If we just had one good striker it could revitalised others.

All we have to do is sign Haarland. Simple.

Total rubbish that. Midfield today was mustard, sharp little interchanges between both CM, 10s and the FBs.

Again, that’s a poor and inaccurate assessment. We played considerably worse last week, for example. We were decent today…it’s just missing the finishing touch.
 
I am beginning to wonder if we have much chance at home to Fulham, even our visit to Macclesfield could be a banana skin.

And yet we had a lot of the ball and just lacked a striker. Pino we hoped would be a like-for-like Eze replacement but he is easily dispossessed and has little understanding with Mateta. We need reinforcements, especially for Guehi - his replacement will soon become even more urgent.

The return of Munoz, Sarr and Richards will help but as our forwards are toothless I would suggest that everybody should have intensive shooting practice. Another worry is our usually solid defence- they have been found wanting and I worry that Lacroix may get a red card sooner or later as he is getting robust in his challenges.

One thing about the match - the referee was pretty good but, no doubt, as is regulation for this site he will be blamed.

I don’t think any of those 3 you mention should be playing on present form with Mateta and the other two just not good enough. As a centre forward Mateta not only can’t score but can’t win or control anything. We are screwed unless we can bring a couple of decent forwards in. Just can’t see Mateta getting the form back again?
 
Same old story. Don’t take chances, concede a soft goal and then look beaten. Need to get some momentum back and sharpish otherwise we may not win the race for 12th place
 
Can’t quite put it into the right words….I should be so happy with what we’ve achieved this year, at one point we were amazing to watch and now, I have no idea where the next goal is coming from.

I sit in the Main Stand, I could hear Glasner screaming at the players in frustration, the pressure to score was unbelievable….

I should feel happy for where we are in the league, but instead I’m disappointed that we threw away another game we could have so easily won.

As my son reminded me, we have no ‘magical player’ since Eze left. Pino is certainly not a replacement for him
