Palace fans causing disorder

So it seems the alleged racist chants / slurs are still only claims and not been proven.

And that it looks like someone may have created an X account pretending to be the the other group and posted racist slurs....

Well this validates the HF behaviour, whichis probably why the Guardian published it.

Personally I'm disgusted at both groups, and fed up with their behaviour. I hope that anyone in either group feel utterly ashamed by this reaching national news regardless of how it paints either group.

The Palestinian flag to begin with. They are a far left group, that is why they’ve teamed up with whatever European club it is. St Pauli or whoever. Feck all that, that’s the problem.

The Palestinian flag isn’t a political banner and there isn’t and, as far as I am aware, ever been any, affiliation with St Pauli.

Hear hear - could not agree more. Both groups trying to justify their abhorrent behaviour. There is no justification for the violence that many of us witnessed in Strasbourg. The majority of us, do not want ideologies rammed down our throats and that’s not us being ignorant.

Displaying the Palestinian flag for their reasons is political. They displayed it on the anniversary of the Hamas massacre and hostage taking.

And everyone knows they have an alliance with St Pauli so I don’t believe you on that one either. Just the sort of games your wing plays.

Don't act dumb, you know full well that the Palestine flag in this context is political.

What about the England flag you shinned up a lamppost to put up?

One person waving a flag is not the same as a ‘political banner’ with a slogan and coordinated group effort, is it?

Do they? Well I don’t. Nothing online to support it, either.

The HF have been an overwhelming net positive for the club over the past 20 years.

The coked up drunken louts with the ‘Stop The Boats’ flag, anti refugee stickers, and racist songs about our own players brigade who have suddenly appeared in numbers on our European trips are very much not.

Two things can be true at once:

The HF have been excellent in improving the atmosphere and the HF have needlessly brought politics into the stadium.

So you are telling me the HF are not ever coked up and drunk?

You have ignored in your post the bit where the HF were violent in Strasbourg. Nobody knows how it started or who was in the wrong. Maybe it was justified, I don't know.

Stopping the boats is a mainstream view held by the UK population and is policy pushed by the main political parties.

Did you notice that non Palace fans have been going on these Euro trips for the piss-up like I have?

Are you mates with them, is that why you are so biased?

A reminder of the statement by the police:
We have no confirmed reports of racist behaviour. We will investigate any crimes reported to us. There are limitations for offences committed in France but we will work with the club, and the French authorities if needed, and we want to ensure the safety of all supporters.

I have not seen an update since? Hence it seems the HF are talking out of their backsides in regards to alleged racism.

Well their balls must shrink at Selhurst as I’ve never been aware of them there in my 25 odd years of having a season ticket.

Was a good 25-30 strong group in the Irish pub in Lublin I didn’t recognise treating the front of the pub to a repertoire of those famous non-political Palace songs ‘F*ck Palestine’, ‘Stop The Boats Keir Starmer’ and ‘Tommy, Tommy Robinson’ while off their faces while the few hundred proper Palace fans in the back went through a team of Alan Lee’s.

What and that's an excuse for violence ?

They didn't shrink as much as the HF when they needed a police escort to their own ground against Millwall. How embarrassing

Still desperate to pretend nothing has happened despite plenty of eye witnesses to the behaviour. Just because people don’t want to report incidents to the club and/or police doesn’t mean it didn’t happen.

If this place wasn’t just a graveyard for those banned from the BBS you could all go on there to read the equivalent thread on there.

No one is condoning the HF reaction in Strasbourg. Very few seem to have anything to say about the Stop The Boats crew who seem to have very little interest in supporting Palace (unlike the HF who literally don’t stop during the game) and just want to pile into the HF instead because they have an agenda against them.

It was very clear in Lublin who the agitators were.

Again the police statement: "We have no confirmed reports of racist behaviour."

If you information and proof of racist behavior then report it or make a statement to the police and also inform to the club. I hope you also tell those "eye witnesses" to do the same. 👍

To report issues to Crystal Palace FC (CPFC), use the confidential text line 07507 477 669 for matchday abuse (like racism, smoking, homophobia), providing details. For general queries, email customer.service@cpfc.co.uk

I hope you do report this alleged racism that you seemed to have witnessed.

And people on here have been banned on the BBS because …? oh yeah, not confirming to the lefty liberal bullsh1t that has plagued and ruined our country.

Just like you and the HF. Your politics is ok, an opposing view isn’t. Always the same.

Are you allowed to discuss the state of the country in your seats or on the concourse?
