...are they also under attack ? To keep the thread's intentions intact, Please keep the discussions restricted to Judaism in The West. Discussions about israel/Palestine are on other HOL threads - not here please.

AntiSemitism seems to be rearing its ugly head all over Europe & North Africa. Holocaust denial has not gone away. And in the US, the opponents of Trump seem to revel in AntiSemitism. And what about the Mayor of....wherever ? Is it safe to wander the streets wearing Jewish traditional clothing ?

Discuss.

Oh dear you’re falling into the truth trap.
Jews never have or never will be on the end of a genocide.
It’s only Gaza that’s ever suffered that, like ever. Not in 1940s Germany against Jews.
Or the Sudan or Nigeria against Christian’s, et al.
Get with game spindle 🤔😳

Is it though?

The only genuine anti semitism I see is coming from the Christian Nationalist movement in the USA. Anything else is a dislike of the current Israeli government under Netanyahu, manifested in protests that only appear to be anti semitic, because those criticised are also Jewish.

I see a lot of confusion going on, it’s been on these pages too.

Right, the Christians. Not the Muslims.

Lol

I tend not to see any Muslim rhetoric, unless I go looking for it.

I am though subscribed to Gab, so read Andrew Torba’s daily pleas for money, hard right opinions and anti semitism.

You seem to know a lot about everything but haven't sussed out that Muslims aren't keen on Jews.

I think you're being disingenuous, which is a common theme.

Not just the Synagogue in Manchester. Jews have been having a tough time in Scotland too. A place already riven with Sectarian politics between Catholic & Protestant.

There are certainly some who are Muslim who don’t like some who are Jews. The feelings being mutual. We know why that is.

There are though a lot of Muslims in the world. Around 2 billion, or over 25% of the world population. Compared to around 16 million Jews! In many places there won’t be any Jewish people at all and the dominant Muslim population won’t have any opinion other than that being taught to them by their leaders. Which isn’t always as negative and biased as you might imagine.

That, alongside any increase in anti Jewish sentiment anywhere, is a direct consequence of the behaviour of the Netanyahu government. Not anti semitism per se.

The rise of anti semitism pre dates Nethanyahu but he may well have exacerbated it. Modern anti semitic attacks correlate directly with Islamic immigration into Europe. Which is hardly surprising.

Can you point us to an enlightened, democratic government in countries with a Muslim majority?

UCLA in the news recently regarding Jewish students barred from classes. Surprised I thought the US universities were less indoctrinated.

We talk about Jews and Israel so much that it never ends.....I was kind of hoping to forget about anything Jewish until the Spaceballs sequel comes out.
