I am cognisant of the fact that the subject matter is 'Reform', accordingly I shall refrain from articulating a 'Party Political Broadcast' on behalf of the Conservative Party.

All I will add is that we are indeed suffering from an 'Attention deficit' disorder however this was fully expected and it was always known that it would take time to regain the trust of the electorate.In opposition we have had our successes and we have also set out a serious alternative plan to restore economic strength and secure our borders.

Reform might have picked up the megaphone, they might appear to be a political oasis but it is a mirage.
In private my diatribe directed against Reform is incessant, they are placed in the pillory and subjected to lacerating attacks.

Conservatives picked up Reform megaphone, if Reform are still leading significantly in the polls close to elcetion I am sure the Conservatives will simply take all their policies except fiscal where they need a differentiator, we will see, just an opinion

The Conservatives biggest obstacle to re-election is in many ways the ace up our sleeves. Indeed it ,means we have to work assiduously to regain the trust of the electorate which is one aspect that Reform have in their favour. However we know the reasons as to how and why mistakes were made.We have the experience of Government, we know how the 'Engines' of power work, the problems and the pitfalls. Reform have no idea at all.

You go on about, megaphones, hot air, bluster that Reform are doing, but, that's exactly what the Tories & Labour do, all the time, every time. Labour increasingly rely on the 'immigrant' vote, Tories, the 'blue-rinse' brigade. Reform will capture the young vote & many, many disillusioned Tory/Labour/Others vote.

I hated Mary Whitehouse when I was a teenager (don't know why probably emotional rather than rational). The odd thing is that as I get older she was right about quite a bit, not all but I now wish people had listened to her more back then.

I agree with you on this - of course polling this far out is not proof of anything, but that is every bit as applicable to Reform.

The BBC did a drama years back where Jane Horricks played a character who unintentionally caught the Zeitgeist and because PM effectively by accident.

In the current nutcase world don't count on the Greens not doing something similar.

Anyone who embraces forced censorship as enthusiastically as she did should never be allowed anywhere near a position of power or influence. IMHO.
