Relegation battle 25-26

I went by train to the playoff final in Cardiff. I was the only Palace fan in a train full of West Ham fans. They were feral and quite possibly retarded. However, a chap at work supports them and he's the only colleague that seems quite pleased when Palace do well, so I haven't gotten in the habit of hating West Ham.
No one's asking you to hate them. Although that is probably infinitely more manly than "quite like".

i will never be complacent about us & relegation. Not til we got 38 points in the bag. Cos 4 competitions is a hell of a lot of football.
And even ManUre & Spurs nearly got sucked into the dogfight, last season.

Putting the Part Time into supporting Palace! Even though this is complete anathema to me I applaud your honesty. Ever thought of going into politics? 😀
At this moment in time, as things stand, in answer to your question about going into politics one needs to be clear and transparent with you all. Going into politics, as the question was, posed by yourself, is one that requires careful consideration and I am committed to providing you with a definitive answer. By which I mean, in answer to your question about going into politics, I could not rule it out as an option.

Blimey, is Willo your script writer?

Thanks Mr. Starmer.

Ha ha brilliant, are you Keir starmer ?

My good pal has gone to Wolves with Rob Edwards as his assistant manager. So I really hope they pick up , after we’ve destroyed them next week.

Not exactly on topic but I was taking a sneak at the Championship table yesterday to gauge who might be coming up.
The whole thing looks like it's been flipped upside down! Teams like Preston and Millwall pushing for promotion while both the Sheffields and Norwich are down the bottom.

as a longstanding Eagle, i will never ever take league-survival for granted.

if we got 2 or 3 bad injuries. We would be down into the sh1.t faster than you can say "too big to fail"
