they often delay pregnancy to age 39, and then do it with a Danish Sperm Bank. Either having only one kid for life or triplets. All the while staying single themselves. Often doing the whole deal on the dole. They get to motherhood after either a) a life of celibacy on the pill or b) many previous abortions. What a great contribution to society they are..........

Personally I have worked in all-male workplaces and all-female ones (apart from me).

The all male place was a toxic nightmare of back-stabbing competitiveness.
The all female place was hilarious, I loved it.
I have also found female managers to on average, warmer and pleasanter. Not always of course.

I have worked in both environments and they are both toxic. At M&S it was 300 women and 30 men, lots of bullying by women managers getting their own back on the guys. All male environments nuff said.

The best places to work I found was a mix of men women old and young.

for me, gender is irrelevant on being a manager - proven talent is everything. If she is successful in the job, she will keep the job. Same as football managers. I have worked for some fantastic women, and some horrible men.

Gender differences are real, and fascinating. Thinking only of the politics & psychology here. Look at mens versus womens football teams - the women cry much more whenever they take a nasty foul. A top top female player is unlikely to have the number of romantic-suitors of, say, Messi.

Liberal Women.....one of their worst things is their insistence on female quotas for top jobs. Professors, Politicians, Boardroom directors etc. You never hear them wanting female quotas for binmen, bricklayers or toilet cleaners. Quotas ensure that unproven second-tier employees get top jobs. You certainly wouldnt want if for your football manager. Replace Glasner with a Sharon who only ever managed a Conference team.

Women's football is interesting. I have watched Palace ladies quite a bit.

One difference is that the women don't simulate or play-act to con the ref. So they are arguably less sneaky, not more.
They do however tend to react with genuine emotion to pain - the crying you talk about.

It’s full of suicidal empathy and sanctimonious fannies complaining that all Reform voters are racist. They moan how popular Reform is after estimating the percentage of the country that is racist. This is lower than the popularity of Reform, which keeps growing.

One makes her point that reducing immigration won’t reduce inflation or address pollution in our rivers. That thought process my luvvie is why Reform is growing.
