Take bets on when the first crime is committed by someone in the Crowborough camp. Or when we hear about it anyway. True likelihood is about five minutes.
I think people have forgotten that falsely claiming asylum is illegal, as is identity fraud, or misrepresentation of means to welfare. Or falsely hiding previous offences in other jurisdictions in order to enter a country. Nearly all will have committed several offences that we now routinely ignore. Consider the fact that there are clear offences in illegal immigration. The clue is in the words.
It's not a good start to living in another country is it? Things are not likely to go well.
How about we start to charge everyone with their offences as they're discovered and then deport? Really funny how it's too much to ask or far right. Then the law may as well be abolished as far right.

Meanwhile…
Three men accused of raping a woman on Brighton beach are due to stand trial in March.
Iranian national Abdulla Ahmadi, 25, of Crewe, Cheshire, along with Egyptian nationals Karin Al-Danasurt, 20, and Ibrahim Alshafe, 25 - both of Horsham, West Sussex - are each charged with two counts of rape.
The three men, who are asylum-seekers, had been set to enter pleas at Brighton Law Courts on Thursday but the hearing was adjourned as there was no Kurdish interpreter available for Mr Ahmadi.

Somebody please remind me. What is the burden of evidence, in rape cases. For those countries. Does the Court heed the testimony of the victim-woman (plus whatever forensic evidence) ? or is it necessary to have a dinghie-load of male witnesses to the crime ?
