Itās been a very long time since I was on TV, but it wasnāt any of the above, or anything remotely political either. He's already been on Crime watch, Watchdog and Rogue Traders. Aiming for celebrity status š

Only if it is part of their brief and they would only do that prior to broadcast in conjunction with the Editor. They could query a word or phrase they thought they could improve but once agreed they read whatās agreed. Not change on air.Actually they do edit their copy.

Thatās untrue. Several things have been noticed. Itās all drip, drip. The most important thing being it keeps it at the top of the news agenda. Now we await the subpoenas for the files held elsewhere, including the Justice Department, and whether Trump will attempt to stop them. He's already been on Crime watch, Watchdog and Rogue Traders. Aiming for celebrity status š
Meanwhile, nothing of note came out of the Epstein files. I suppose we wait until the lawsuit is filled to see what he wants from the BBC.
The BBC needs a bloody good shake up, in any event. Self Regulation was an immense fail

Evidence you never watch GB News. What happens is debates, which often results in the lefty and liberal social ideology getting exposed for being illogical, which it is and gets exposed on here too.As no broadcaster is permitted, by the terms of their licence, to have any political leanings the wonder is, given they admit it, Ofcom has not removed their licence.
Inviting guests for ridicule is all part of the strategy.

And that editing inevitably set out to distort what he said to his detriment. If you really believe that wasn't the intention it's no wonder you're such a fan of the BBC.Was that the basis for the decision?
I thought that as trying to include all his hour long speech into an hour long special, which covered a multitude of different aspects, was obviously impossible, editing was inevitable.
The style of the edit has been, with significant hindsight, now been regarded as inappropriate and apologised for. Not so the overall message of the documentary.
Whether this meant Trump is a ābad manā was for a viewer to determine.

That's still not never though is it. If she hadn't raised an eyebrow would anyone but the permanently outraged have noticed the change anyway.Only if it is part of their brief and they would only do that prior to broadcast in conjunction with the Editor. Absolute nonsense, the guestās arenāt ridiculed in the slightest. Funny how they keep reappearing then, if itās such a traumatic experience. What exactly is their strategy, presumably you have proof rather than just your biased opinion? You seem to like criticising anything and anyone that doesnāt fit your agenda. Presumably you have watched GB news to reach your opinion. As no broadcaster is permitted, by the terms of their licence, to have any political leanings the wonder is, given they admit it, Ofcom has not removed their licence.

In truth, I thought that would happen as well, as did the markets.Red Andrew is the expert we should all listen to. Starmer will be a successā¦

I used to watch it a lot. Not anymore. The audience is either organised to have barely anyone on the right or lots of them lie and say they are when they arenāt. In some places you get a decent representation and the liberal MP gets the response they deserve. And when is the last time you watched Newsnight?

Starmer did seem so boring that he would be a steady Tory lite. Maybe he is but the party activists aren't playing ball. Add in the corruption, sorry, I mean mistakes to be learned from, legitimate donations and continuation of rumours and super injunctions, it's just more of a similar chaos under a different guise. I don't know what can save politics currently. Not any of this government - that's obvious. In truth, I thought that would happen as well, as did the markets.
