I think we're conflating two points here - my argument is that the whole 'London has fallen' narrative around crime and lawlessness in the city is grossly exaggerated, as evidenced by the data.

At a glance, I would agree that data also supports your suggestion that on average foreigners are more likely to commit crime, but I'd guess I think there's a little more nuance to that than you do.

But if they can tiny amount of cases you never count btw then upscale as a pro rata sum and it’s all pretty clear. Immigrants are a big issue with crime. Only 18% of the population are non white with maybe 5% as immigrants legal or not. The prison population will answer this.

James O'brien couldn't fathom it out. He said something like white English cause more crime. Correct they do, but they would because there are more of them.
 
In a city of 10 million people it would be utopian to live in peace and harmony and dance around all day to the tunes of Woodstock but then there is the reality, any mathematician would calculate the odds of two or three stabbings a day as infintesimally small , the good thing about society is that people like the O.P. still pay any regard to it and we are not inured to it. I doubt very much wether this so called epidemic was much different under any other leadership in modern times.
