The change being either for better or for worse. Certainly, being as poor as a tramp will nudge you toward singledom. And being a multi-millionaire has never been too much of an incumbrance.

Churchill went with what was best for Churchill at the time. That said a liberal in the early 1900s would be a social conservative in today's terms.

Churchill was a patriot and keeping the empire together was his most important motivation....even if he inadvertently helped break it up.

sorry to disappoint you Mr Self Righteous but, check your sources, Churchill never said that, it's apocryphal. But if I saw Churchill driving up the hard shoulder in his Bentley to jump the cue in the slow lane where the A24 meets the Leatherhead slip road onto the M25, I'd say "Churchill no! Or was that just 'diversity'?....in truth from what I remember of them they were talented.

Just frigging annoying.

I must admit, I would kind of be interested in seeing a really bad dancing troupe, neurodivergent or not.....there's something fascinating about performative entertainment professions being really poorly done.

I don't mean student plays or stuff not being presented as top quality....I think it's cool that people do amateur stuff and put it out there, amateur dramatics and stuff, whatever the hobby is....No one is expecting professionalism....it's in the name.

But when you're expected to be amongst the elites in your country at something....it's a bit different.
Like that Australian breakdancer at the Olympics:...selected via a qualification system.....That's deserves mirth, I can't feel bad about being amused....the mockery might have hurt her ego (which seemed unrealistically big) but she sure provided much unintended joy.

But that wasn't break-dancing....more like some cringey interpretative dance.

Ideally politics shouldn’t be an issue with dating or a partner, but these category choices in your bio proves that today’s issues means it is. Back in the ‘90s Stirling refers to, it’s basically John Major vs New Labour. In the noughties you have the Iraq war. Now it’s the future of England, Britain and Europe at stake because of mass immigration of third world migrants while these liberal London women are in favour of it. It isn’t just politics as it used to be, it’s the erosion, destruction and replacement of our country and people. Then all the other things like two tier treatment, positive discrimination and immigrant priority for housing with large families, often not working and then why work when no need and the local mosque is calling 5 times a day. Not just calling, belting out call to prayer. Muslim mayors, MP’s, grooming gangs. But no, immigrant rights and liberalism for nice women.
