Yeah, I love Wilf but that video is a bit unhinged.

Realistically if most Palace fans had been asked if JP would play for France at the time they would have laughed. It’s not a huge slight, just underlines his amazing turn around.

In a way it was a compliment to Zaha. JP knew that most people would not remember many of the other members of the squad but they all remember Wilf.

PS It was nice to see Olise with a huge smile on his face being one of the first to congratulate JP on his goal.
