I know this isn't the best time to be posting this after tonight's result.

This time last year my partner of 16 years was diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer. As U can imagine it has been a total rollercoaster to date. ( Abit like supporting us only worse). We have 2 young girls aged 7 and 5 and they have been great throughout. My partner was 43 when diagnosed last year. She has had to go through 3 surgeries, 16 chemotherapy treatments and she is now in the middle of radiotherapy treatment. 8 more to go out of 15. I would kindly like to ask if any of you would like to donate to my just giving page for Macmillan cancer. I am doing the 26 mile walk along the giants causeway on 21st of June this year. This is not a go fund me page so all money will go to Macmillan. I won't personally benefit though others in need will. I will wear my palace shorts as have to wear green Macmillan t shirt while doing the walk. I am only asking on here to let my man utd family realise what a good fanbase we have. I've been palace for years and even I don't know how that happened 😂. Just need abit of help setting up a link. Many thanks. Irisheagle87.

Forgot to add if any of my fellow eagles do decide to donate. Doesn't have to be much. Even a pound! Just write palace or something related to palace in the message. Thanks in advance. Irisheagle87

As the page is not under your username here, no one will be able to find it!

If you care to send (Private message) me the name under which the page appears, I will gladly post up the link for Hol members to donate.

Sorry for only getting back to you all now. It's been a rollercoaster of a year as we all know. The triumphs of both the FA cup and community shield and the unbeaten run we were on has brought a lot joy to me. Can't thank Ollie and the team enough! Sadly my wife passed away a month ago. It's been a mad couple of months. Thank you again for all your help and donations. Annie was a Liverpool fan but had a soft spot for palace because I dragged her to selhust so many times in our championship years. Thank you all again and here's hoping we have a great season. COYP

Sorry for your loss. Hope things get better for you

Thank you and it finally paid off for me being palace over here for so many years. Surrounded in Liverpool and man u but we as a club have had such an incredible year. Ollie's speech after the FA cup final hit me extra hard!

So sorry to hear of your loss.

Thoughts are with you and your girls at this difficult time, and I hope you are getting the support you need whilst you care for your daughters.

So sorry to hear about your wife Irisheagle. I lost mine to cancer last year. The hole she leaves behind can't be filled but hope you can keep yourself busy and have the support of those around you. Thinking of you.

These are the hardest parts of life that come for us all, those left behind have to find the strength to cope and we all know it's never the same.
There are never good words for these times, I know that memories help and video has a kind of connection.
