Stop the abuse

I looked on the Everton forum and a palace fan had posted with a bit of chat and some facts about the two clubs. He never received abuse, just replies which were general and sensible. Switch to us and I was a bit embarrassed that an away fan recently posted on our site and got totally rinsed by a few. Unnecessary I think.
If it’s a fan trolling and posting crap then all guns agreed but if it’s a genuine fan just chatting then we should give them the Courtesy our fan has on the EFC site.
We are better than this surely!

You're right Cryrst, why alienate friendly visitors?
Most clubs' sites are full of abuse about individual players in their teams which at least the HOL is fairly free of, with one or two obvious exceptions, and of course no one on here would dream of having a pop at a fellow Eagle posting.
Generally Palace don't engender any particular dislike among other fans so let's be nice - it's's easier anyway when we're winning.
Unless they're from Brighton, Millwall, West Ham, Tottenham, Arsenal, Chelsea, Man U, Forest, Liverpool or a few others when it's open season (insert emoji as appropriate).

Bournemouth are flying and also score on the religious front I reckon.

🤦

Different rules apply, almost all of girl posters on here have been scared off. We used to have a few, nice to have some of the politeness that probably didn't last long but nice even if brief.
Yeah true. I remember a few semi-regular posters. There was one called Michaela many moons ago who held her own for a while. Was able to carry a good football conversation. Can't remember why she left, someone probably aggressively disagreed eventually.

I've no idea but I do know someone had hassled female posters. I presume that puts them off. There was a fixation I believe.
I have talked to people in their DMs before but can safely say nothing dodgy. I assume the people in question got kicked out.
