Personal opinion : No. They were always dodgy and now they hate us too. They want to remove that T-shirt and that placard from the telly ASAP.

To be fair...I find the UEFA referees a much much better standard than the refs we see every week in the premier league.

The qualifier games I was impressed with them.

I feared the worst from the Greek officials in the home leg but had no complaints. Can’t say the same about most PL refs.

After a dis-allowed goal, cos of an obscure rule when players form a Wall.....nothing surprises me anymore.
Not to even mention Thierry Henry, FiFA, and a last second handball that cost Ireland qualification at the expense of letting a weak French team into the Glory.

We have the Belgians for tomorrow, Lothar D'Hondt is the match official. His team are made up of some very experienced UEFA/FIFA officials. I have run the rule over Meneer D'Hondt a few weeks ago, impressed.

I agree with this 100%. Was expecting the worst but they were actually quite fair (and good).

Have had a look at the Belgium reffing team. All im thirties - appear to be very profssional.

Hoe there is an opportunity to sing "can you ref us every week?" as there are no bad decisions and our Oliver's preparations shine through.
