He certainly has some pace. Might even give ML a run for his money. Good to see him happy to carry the ball out of defence too. Needs to be proven at our level but good signs.

Talented, good at passing, dribbling and control, but I now understand why they say he's not ready....for a CH at Premiership level at least.

The pace of play of the Premiership is a whole other level and the Palace system of play requires time as does familiarization with any new group.

But from what I've seen.....while it's a lot of money to buy for potential I think he's probably a good buy.

wow - let's ignore factors such as age, coaching, ability to learn and take on new skills, adapting to a new country, integrating with team mates, injuries etc.

Clearly natural talent is a big factor but you have such a simplistic view
