Shamima Begum’s case is relevant.

From all I can determine whilst we can deprive citizenship on national security grounds we cannot if that leaves the person stateless. We held that she is entitled to Bangladeshi citizenship so isn’t. Bangladesh disagrees, so she is.

It’s a mess, which in her case is a mess all in a refugee camp in Syria.

If we tried to do the same with these two guys then they would still be here. Pakistan would have to be coerced into reinstating their citizenship first.

Not coerced threatened with the removal of visa issues. I wonder if we have actually seen any documentation confirming the revocation of their Pakistani Citizenship?

i am surprised you need to ask me that Eagle. I have always condemned AntiSemitism on here. Oh and yes, the holocaust really did happen. The rise in attacks against Jews, across France & elsewhere, is symptomatic of our sick dysfunctional society.
